职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 交通/仓储/物流 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-21 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Key Responsibilities Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Engineering&Logistics IT direction and plan for the APAC area Work closely with key customers who will have a major level of input into plan and direction Maintain a firm commitment to the process and overall plan content (projects and priorities) Responsible for leading the IT development and execution of project plans within APAC region Work with project leaders and project teams to meet project deliverables including due dates and budgets Responsible for all software development and support of Engineering&Logistics systems for entire APAC region. (Include such applications as PLM -ENG Central, Product Central, Program Central, Integration and Design Central.) Work closely with the US Application Development team to support common global applications. Other sites supported include all APAC facilities(China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India and Australia) Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Business or Computer Science 5-8 years of business experience in an Application Development and support leadership role Strong Project Management skills, certification on Six Sigma or PMP is preferred Ability to work with all levels of management Have experience in managing multiple information systems projects Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Japanese and/or Korean will be a plus Travel requirements will be in the 20%-30% range Desired skills include: Knowledge of business processes including Manufacturing, Engineering and Inventory experience Global distribution of products and services Logistics Proven supervision and management skills Experience with Cummins IT Project Management process Experience in leading Oracle application development Experience in managing application development projects in a production environment Good understanding of Oracle Designer, Developer and Discoverer Good understanding of relational database design concepts Good understanding of GUI design standards and software usability principles Good understanding UNIX and/or NT environments Knowledge of software configuration and management Experience in supporting Engineering application system Experience in supporting EDI application initiatives. Experience in supporting E-Business/E-Commerce initiatives. Reporting Lines: This position will directly report to IT APAC Manager.
