They offer assessment&development services (training&coaching, management development programs), career planning, search&selection services as well as competency management. The company has a multi-cultural team with high scientific expertise and high qualified services. The company focuses on middle, higher and executive management of Western Companies and Joint-ventures companies. In the light of expanding their business in China , the company is now looking for a: Business Development&Marketing Manager (HRM Consultancy) located in Shanghai . Key responsibilities: You are the key person to drive the Business Development&Marketing of the company. Designing and assessing new marketing and promotion strategies and then developing and effectively implementing correlating plans that are focused on meeting sales targets. Responsible for the set up and implementation of the marketing mix. Set up Sales plan and actions in line with our services. Prospecting, sourcing, making and maintaining contact and sales calls with new customers. Actively contact clients and built up a network with HR managers. Support in house sales workshops together with the team. Ensure together with the GM, the continuous flow of new job orders, assessment&training and management development programs. Assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship. Report directly to the foreign General Manager. Qualification: You are Chinese, with bachelor degree, majored in Marketing. Having a master in HRM or Psychology is a plus. You are sales-driven and have track record in sales in HR service industry. Minimum of 5 years experience in business development in headhunting, assessment&training coaching and management development sector. Experienced in HR and have network in HR management. Result-oriented, be able to work according to targets have the drive to hit predefined budgets. Strong relationship building skills&good communication skills. Able to work in English language, very good skills in both spoken&written English. You will get in house training for all provided services, support of the team and GM.
