One of our major clients in trading industry is urgently looking for high caliber candidate to take up the following position Location:Shanghai Responsibilities: To monitor all HR services for Central China; To ensure monthly payroll, social benefits and tax filing are properly performed without errors; To handle recruitment, identify proper recruitment channels and candidates to meet recruitment needs; To manage C administration of the responsible cities; To supervise daily routines and give coaching to subordinates; To keep abreast of market conditions and practices, legal regulations and make appropriate recommendations to supervisor; To carry out HR projects or tasks assigned by supervisor. Requirement University graduate in HR management or equivalent; At least 6 years all-round HR experience in foreign enterprises; Supervisory experience is a must. Good written and spoken English; Strong computer software knowledge; Familiar with HR Info System is an advantage; Analytical and take initiative; A team player with pleasant personality.
