职位描述(Job Descriptions)： Position Specification: Lead the ACE Group to build quality system and management into products and processes for TJOEC being recognized the world-class enterprise in safety, quality and reliability through vigorously and effectively executing UTC ACE programs. Basic Accountabilities: 1.Supporting TJOEC management in an overall strategy and implementation 2.Coordinating and facilitating ACE programs and activities at all divisions. 3.Making plans of trainings to all ACE coordinators and pilots 4.Providing ACE auditing and level certification support 5.Developing staffing talent, laying out strategy and plan, engaging extensive interactions and effective communications with divisions and companies in ACE programs planning, coordination and execution Key Measurements: 1.Lead the group to complete the job on the target of quality, schedule and cost 2.Keep the group in high attraction and productivity 3.Support upper level to achieve departmental work objective. Principle Working Relations: MFG cross function departments 职位要求(Job Requirements)： Qualification Requirement: ·Need to understand quality tools, production, material, equipment and project management, manufacture product, process knowledge. For example: VSM, SPC, 3P, TPM, 5S, Inventory Turn management, Problem solving, FMEA, EHS, Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc. ·Education: Bachelor or above, majoring in business management or in engineering or physical science. ·Experience: 5 years experience in engineering, or operation, or quality management; 飦甋ix sigma discipline and Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred. ·Language: CET-4 and above. Good in read, written and spoken English ·Computer Skills: experienced on Microsoft OFFICE ·Good skill on management ·Other Key Competencies: Creative and open mind, work hard and energetic, good teamwork ethic Good interpersonal and communication skills .
