| 职位描述 |
1.Participate in the implementation and/or development of all kinds of business applications, ranging from Supply Chain Mgmt, Business Intelligence, to short term solutions;参与诸如供应链管理、业务职能等各类应用系统的实施与开发；2.Communicate with the business operations to collect requirement and identify scope;联系业务部门，收集需求，界定系统范围；3.Assist on scope study and business process re-engineering, propose for IT suggestion and resolution;协助系统范围研究和业务流程再造，提供IT解决方案；4.Help the business to understand IT solution functionality and limitation, assist on gap analysis and mitigation;帮助业务部门了解IT解决方案的功能和局限性，协助差异分析和解决方法；5.Project handling including subcontract and outsourcing scoping and governance;项目管理包括分包和外包的范围及管理；6.In charge of system configuration, data cleansing, testing, end user training and go-live support;负责系统配置、数据清理、测试、用户培训和上线后支持；7.Work with operational divisions to identify new requirements and issues, establish to-be processes to meet business requirements, analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and define an optimized process和用户部门确定和开发满足业务需求的流程, 分析和改进现有的流程；8.Benchmark IT solutions to meeting business requirement 有效评估各种IT方案以满足业务需求；9.Prepare and conduct end user training;准备和实施用户培训；10.Strictly follow policies on the application system upgrading and change;严格按照规范进行应用系统升级和更改；11.Work with system administrator and support engineer to provideefficient ongoing support to all application system.协同系统管理员和支持工程师做好应用系统的支持。任职资格：1. University graduate, MIS preferred;大学毕业，信息管理专业优先；2. 5 years experience of business analysis and application development is a must;最少5年业务分析和应用开发，同时熟悉.net 技术；3. Fluent in English.英语流利。 .
