To cope with the fast growth of the company and better leverage the resources from the market to ensure better competitiveness, entrusted by our client, Robert Walters takes this assignment to search for qualified and motivated talents to join the winning team. Position: Quality / Data Manager Director Report to: Finance GM, China Job Location: Shanghai JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Control Performance Management: set standards for high levels of performance in Area team, including benchmarking and facilitating the process for goal setting; direct the development and maintenance of performance management metrics and reporting mechanisms within the Finance Team; assure global consistency of performance and change methods; drive and facilitate best practice process; facilitate the development and maintenance of the Service Level Agreement’s with customers if any; develop and implement training programs; Process Design: Facilitate design, implementation and maintenance of team, performance and management processes within the Finance Team; evaluate best practices and benchmarks with global peers and be best practice sponsor; provide QA and team process expertise; Process Exception Reduction: direct the management of issues and root cause analysis process development; liaise with BU Finance Management and global peers; Lead and Guide Team: Coach and guide area finance management to sustain team working; lead change activities; Data Management Maintains policies and procedures for the data management process; Support and drive the use of data warehouse; Design and continuously improve process focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization; On going maintenance and development of the financial interface with SAP core system; Liaison with IM support; Support SAP template implementation across China; Recommend and design solution around SAP core systems for China requirement; Ensures timely and accurate resolution to user community within finance team; Direct management of issues and root cause analysis on exceptions. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years experience in broad range of general accounting functions; Ability to motivate and empower teams and management work groups; Excellent coaching and development skills; Able to identify and resolve problems; Strong communication skills (oral, written and listening), facilitation; Good knowledge of QA concepts and processes; Accounting degree, and recognized general accounting qualification; Excellent computer skills, ideally Microsoft and SAP skills; Excellent influencing and facilitation skills; Attention to detail; Good knowledge of team development and management methods; Excellent Analytical Skills.
