Change management with support from SSC management and project manager Collect business requirements from facility, propose headcount / resources requirement and project plan. Develop business case and baseline cost. Propose service agreement between facility and SSC. Desing and enable SSC accounting process flow and procedure. Oversea SSC accountants training plan, work shadow plan in the projects. Facilitate job aids development with operation team. Participate and lead CBS UAT with CBS technical team. SSC go-live readiness assessment SSC internal continuous improvement projects, including not limited to AR, AP, GL, FA. Requirements: Solid knowledge and experience in General Ledger processes, and Caterpillar"s policies, procedures and best practices.Understanding of the role of GL in the organization, and interdependencies with, and impact on Caterpillar"s finance processes (e.g., A/P, A/R, financial reporting). Project management: Ability to manage people, ensuring that required tasks are accomplished accurately and on time, and following up to make sure affected parties are satisfied.Demonstrated ability to design and develop new processes and improvements to existing processes that result in faster and higher quality outputs. Proven ability to identify risk (financial, operational, legal, regulatory, etc.) and develop and implement appropriate risk management strategies. Understanding of general business issues including external factors that impact the business and industry. Excellent communication skills. English (spoken&written).Customer driven. Ability to create a climate that encourages innovation and receptivity to change.
