职位类别: 人力资源 工作地点: 北京 发布日期: 2008-04-18 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: 任职要求 1. 人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历 ; 2. 至少 5 年以上相关工作经验,其中包括 3 年以上大型外资企业管理经验; 3. 熟悉国家及地方劳动人事法律法规; 4. 中英文表达流利; 5. 擅于沟通,个性开朗,温和; 6. 熟练运用 MS 办公系统。 岗位职责 1. 负责管理北京分公司人力资源部; 2. 配合业务需要,为分公司各部门提供人力资源方面的支持及专业建议; 3. 执行公司的有关政策,并为分公司提供招聘,人员管理,培训等方面的人力资源服务; 4. 与分公司各部门员工保持良好的沟通与协调, 创造和维护和谐的以人为本的工作环境。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline 2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years management experience in sizeable multinational companies. 3. Familiar with national labor law and local employment regulations 4. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English 5. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 6. Well-versed in MS office applications Responsibilities 1. Be responsible for the management of human resource matters for Beijing office; 2. To provide professional advice and support to the local Business Units on employment and staff related issues; 3. To manage the HR department in the provision of services such as resources review, recruitment and staff appraisals etc and HR related issues; 4. Be responsible for the implementations of corporate HR policy and local employment regulations; 5.
