The main customer industries are the pulp and paper industries, power producers, mining, construction and energy industries.  The Company has operations in more than 50 countries and production in 19 countries. Its production plants are located in Finland, Sweden, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, China, India, South Africa and Brazil. Responsibility: Develop HR plans with BL HR to ensure the HR development action to meet the business needs Execute recruitment to support business growth: supporting in developing the job profile, making the recruitment plan and request for approval, interviews with the supervisor, employment terms (including salary level) Build up local HR management process and process to be in line with local and headquarter requirements Implement C procedure and process, including salary level, overseeing monthly payroll Participate in annual salary planning process for BL HR to ensure the timely completion Monitor employment contract and termination processes, including expatriate contract to maintain the smooth process and ensure the legal requirements Support training and development needs initiated from Business Units to develop skills needed Implementation of HR processes for BL HR to ensure the timely completion Promote the enhancement of job rotation and internal mobility to provide possible internal career opportunities to staff Requirements: Bachelor degree Min 5 years of HR management experience Profound experience in recruitment is preferred Be able to work in matrix organization Understanding of different functions in a international business environment 联系方式: .
