Develop and Manage ASCs distributors in 2 nd tier cities - Propose and Evaluate Distributor candidates - Build solid relationships between Distributors and ASC - Follow up and implement ASCs Distributor strategy (Portfolio/Territory/Channel/Pricing/) - Submit Sales/Inventory/Financial reports - Train and Educate Distributor’s staff - Control Distributors inventories - Control and manage Distributors Account Receivables - Ensure Distributor’s assigned territory and channels 2. Propose and implement Marketing activities in Distributor’s territory - Propose and co-ordinate marketing activities - Execute wine events at Distributors and at Customers 3. Integrate fully into ASCs existing teams and culture - Work closely with OFF- and ON-trade sales teams in Beijing - Liaise with ASC’s warehouse and order processing team for logistics - Work closely with marketing and PR team to launch sound marketing campaign - Follow existing guidelines from Finance departement Candidate Profile Personality / Character - Mature, Pro-active, Aggressive personality - High level of Confidence and Energy - Team Player and Team Builder - Excellent communication-, relationship management-, negotiation skills - High level of involvement and Integrity - Self-motivator / Positive mindset, willing to take challenges - English Fluency Experience - 8-10 years experience in Sales and Sales management (focus on distributor management strongly preferred), - Ideally from FMCG or luxury goods industry (wine/beer/spirits preferred!) - Fluency (oral and written) in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory. - International exposure is a plus but not mandatory - Working knowledge of financial drivers in sales, consider profitability and other Financial matters like payment terms, price levels, etc. when doing sales - BS in sales and marketing or retail related discipline. 联系方式： .
