职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-17 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 3人 职位月薪： 10000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： Linux System Engineer Essential Functions This position has responsibility for kernel, application integration and operating environment support of Websense appliance platforms, both existing and upcoming. 1.Kernel and application development in the Linux 2.4 and 2.6 environments, demonstrating an understanding of Linux community interaction, best practices and state of kernel hardware support. 2.Development and specification of kernel/driver acceptance and validation tests. 3.Design: Works within a team to design the Websense application systems that are efficient, scalable, maintainable, and accurately meet the needs of the business. 4.Development: Works within a team to develop, and continuously improve various Websense applications and services. Meets deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 5.Documentation: Produces sufficient documentation to facilitate communication with members of both technical and business teams. 6.Project Assessment: Quickly and accurately analyzes medium-scale project requests for feasibility, risk, and level of effort. 7.Maintenance: Participate in the resolution of challenging and demanding problems within the development environment. 8.Code Reviews: Able to lead code reviews and provide valuable feedback on performance, logic, and maintenance issues. 9.Innovation: Actively contributes to lessons-learned exercises for completed projects. Suggests new technologies and approaches, often demonstrating and championing their use. “MUST” Qualifications This position requires following qualifications: 1.5+ years experience with system integration under the multiple platforms. e.g., Web Server, Application Server, Database Server, LDAP. Linux, Windows, FreeBSD. 2.4+ years OOP experience with Java, C/C++, Perl and Shell programming in the Linux/Windows environment, with demonstrable prior activities in kernel and application development. 3.Practical experience with Linux administration and distributions. 4.Practical experience with Linux RPM spec design and installation package build. 5.Practical experience with configuration and use of common open source software packages. 6.Experience with MySQL or equivalent SQL database. 7.Self-motivated, able to complete tasks on schedule with minimal supervision. 8.Adept at problem solving, creative thinking, producing reproducible results. 9.Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluently English writing and verbal is preferred. Desired Qualifications 1.Practical experience with Linux cluster design and setup. 2.Practical experience with high availability software or HA system configurations. 3.Familiarity with performance testing methodologies, with an emphasis on networking; familiarity with performance testing hardware, software. 4.Strong sense of teamwork. 5.Escalation coordination and support for platform-related issues. 6.Multi-tasking approach. 7.Ability to work in a team environment and develop enterprise level applications, under the direction of senior staff and management. 8.Ability to guide the work of more junior developers. 联系方式： YYang@antal.com.cn .
