Cooperate with related departments on the implementation of manufacturing technique regulations. Lead IE and Lean team to work on quality, labor productivity improving, business process re-engine, cost reduction and EHS. Basic Accountabilities 1. IE Standard and ISO documentation establishment. 2. Organize the work of BOM / POS / documentation establishment and review. 3. Material management improving, labor hour reduction, raw material using efficiency improving and manufacturing cost reduction 4. Organize the work of CAR paper preparation&fixture type selection 5. Organize the work of fixture and container design / manufacture review / receiving inspection. 6. Organize the work of jobsite layout improvement plan and analysis. 7. Critical product test device design and manufacture 8. New technique transfer, implementation and training. 9. Industry sanitation review and improvement 10. Implement lean concepts in supply chain organization to substantially improve the operating and financial performance. 11. Process improvement; identify the value stream and the areas that require improvements in supply chain organization, standardization to eliminate process variation. Key Measurements: 1. Obey all laws and regulations established by State and Company. 2. Organize the job of ME section under the lead of TEDA Managing Director 3. Perform EHS regulations at work 4. Review the job progress 5. Integrate resources with the lean tools to eliminate waste. 6. Service quality improvement (3 sigma 4 sigma). 7. Customer satisfaction rate improve 50%. Principle Working Relations: SIT / Contract Continuation Engineering / Contract Engineer / Product Management / Maintenance / Quality / Workshop / Purchase / Finance Qualification Requirement: 1. Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree or above, with Engineering background. 2. Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience on technique or production management in large-scale join venture or single proprietorship enterprises. Minimum 5 years working experience at Senior Manger Role of Technology management and Manufacturing. 3. Language: Fluently reading, listening, writing, speaking in English 4. Computer Skills: Use PC to handle daily work masterly, Microsoft Office. 5. Other Key Competencies: Professional dedication and take delight in rising into challenge Good communication skill Outstanding organize capability Experience of Lean Manufacture/ Pull production, rich experience in Six-Sigma.
