ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 25% Monitor all assets in the facilities.Tag all new Fixed Assets. Updated fixed assets register in the accounting system. Provide consultation related to FA management. 10% Handle monthly FA closing, make related manual journal entries as per request. 10% Do account reconciliation monthly after closing, analyze account balance, take necessary action for any open items. 10% Implement physical FA count aperiodically and submit count result report. 10% Support annual PRC GAAP audit and internal audit for FA related inquiry. 5% Analyze all capital and Fixed Assets purchases. 15% Timely and accurately issue all kinds of invoice(VAT invoice,general invoice etc.) based on transaction from AR team. And good filing for issued invoice; Do account reconciliation monthly after closing for output VAT account. 10% Timely complete Foreign Exchange Clearance for import and export goods. Provide strong support to logistic depart in Foreign Exchange Clearance. 5% Perform other duties as required 。 EDUCATION MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: 1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field required. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 REQUIRED: 1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word / excel) and experience with other financial systems/tools is essential 2. At least one year working experience in FA. Be familiar with PRC GAAP and China State Administration of Foreign Exchange Policy. 3. Ability to prioritize workload effectively and follow through on assignments 4. Ability to work on own initiative&as part of a team 5. Excellent attention to detail is essential. 6. Excellent communication&interpersonal skills 7.
