Production process responsibilities Handling of PCB and modules, Potting, Curing, Assembly, Calibration and testing Train and control production personnel Develop methods to problem solving, monitor and process development Transfer new products into production 2. Production Quality Yield improvements procedures Analyse results and lead actions to improve yield 3. Documentation Making process document together with R and control the feasibility of the document 4. Production equipment Control of maintenance Requirements B.SC from area either electronics manufacturing, production technology or industrial engineering At least a basic understanding of Statistical methods of data analysis Ability to communicate in English, partly training will happen in Europe . 3-5 years of experience with volume production Previous working experience in JV or foreign company is a plus Ability to work a effective part of the team Will to learn and develop high quality production process principles, positive attitude towards tasks given Test system experience of electronics manufacturing is an advantage We offer Fast growing JV company environment with good future career opportunities Direct continuous contact with high technology process (MEMS*) and testing development teams in oversees (VTI Technologies Oy, Finland ) Wide responsibility and opportunity to create world class processes to support future demanding needs to manufacture MEMS-sensor module products in China .
