This position will require a strong focus on understanding customer and market challenges as well as evaluating emerging technologies for implementation within Pro/ENGINEER. Deep technical skills are required to articulate those challenges to Research and Development for implementation. Additionally, this position requires the candidate to serve as the technical expert for his/herresponsible area. Primary Responsibilities Review product documentation Conduct detailed testing of new software; Ensure requirements are met, report any deficiencies Review and advise on specifications; Provide recommendations for changes / additions, based on clear understanding of requirements Review Test plans; make recommendations based on Industry knowledge; Ensure realistic and extensive test cases are included Understand the PTC Software Engineering Process, and specifically the deliverables that are owned by Product Management. When required, provide Product Management perspective on Change Requests, and provide input on communication plans to the customers. Represent Product Management to PTC/USER (TCs) Technical committees at a technical level Use product and industry knowledge to advise management on customer requirements, SPR"s , concerns Champion Customer issues from a technical perspective; Monitor progress and keep management and field abreast of status Support On-site and Corporate Customer visits at an engineering team level. Understand customers’ technical requirements and their integration with Process. Ensure customer issues can be readily reproduced, interface with R , Product Definition services and account teams to advise on priorities Experience/Educational Requirements Technical Degree (BS) 5 plus years industry experience in the PLM space, Product Development, Product Management Experience Thorough understanding off all aspects of software development processes Solid Pro/Engineer experience or MCAD experience focusing on manufacturing (mold design and NC) . Windchill or Data management experience Understanding of the competitive market place and experience working at a customer site Excellent communication and customer relation skills with a proven track record of working with customers 联系方式： .
