No fatal/serious injury accident to fulfill the requirements of OHSAS18001 无死亡和重伤工伤事故,确保达到OHSAS18001要求 2. No serious incident (direct loss more than 100 kRMB) 无重大安全/环保事件（直接损失超过十万） 3. Reduce Frequency rate and Severity rate as defined in EHS objective 根据公司的EHS目标降低工伤事故率和工伤严重等级 Job Contents: 1. The working time: 16:00~24:00； 5days / week. 工作时间: 16:00~24:00； 5天 / 周. 2. To identify and report industrial safety risk; 识别并报告工业安全风险； 3. To prepare safety instructions to improve safety condition in the company; 编制安全规范提高公司的整体安全状况； 4. To monitor and report the daily safety condition in the company; 对公司内的日常安全情况进行监督和通报； 5. To conduct regular check and report of fire fighting condition in the company; 对公司的消防状况进行定期检查和通报； 6. To conduct regular check and report of Environmental protection condition in the company; 对公司的环境保护情况进行定期检查和通报； 7. To offer regular safety, emergency response training to all employees; 为公司所有员工提供安全和紧急事件处置的培训； 8. To communicate with relevant government bureau to get certificate, report, approval etc. 与政府相关部门沟通取得证书，报告，批复意见等； 9. All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and JV Company Management. 执行直接上级、员工手册和公司要求的其它合理职责 10.To Daily supervise of Guards 公司保安的日常管理； 11. Management of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) 个人防护用品的发放管理 12.Supervise of the process and identify the safety origin. Raise some useful advise. 负责对本公司操作过程的安全监督以及识别安全源并提出整改意见 13.To supervise employees to abide by national and local laws and regulations related to environment, hygiene and safety, and the company’s regulation. 督促公司员工自觉遵守国家和上海与环境、健康和安全有关的法律法规和政策，和公司的规章制度。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree (College graduate with experience is acceptable as an exception) 本科学历（经验丰富者，大专可以考虑） 2. Five years working experience, at least 2 year experience in safety management 5年工作经验，安全管理方面2年以上经验 3. Certificates of fire fighting management 消防管理员中级证书 4.
