职位类别： 交通/仓储/物流 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-17 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 不限 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： JOB SUMMARY Develop and Manage a team of strong professionals to develop and expand a seamless raw material supply chain Capable of developing both people and production systems Capable of formulating action plans and managing the execution through direct reports Co-ordinate with self farming business unit Co-ordinate a contracting supply business unit through direct reports Manage a Potato storage function in multiple locations through direct reports Manage a logistics function through direct reports including negotiation of rates and development of new logistic strategies Formulate with the team both AOP and yearly Strat plans Organize and manage exportation business Presentation of ongoing results and future direction to senior management Constant communication with Factory management ROLES Managers and co-ordinates overall operation through functional managers managing day to day operations in Agro Commercial, Administration, Storage and Logistics ACCOUNTABILITIES (KEY RESULT AREAS) Business Data (Budget) According to AOP Volume delivery according to plan Production plan Storage quality and loss System yield Logistics quality and losses Logistics system Fully loaded cost Exportation completion Bench strength creation Supplier performance Agro administration management Cross functional coordination Volume variance to AOP Plan Production plan compliance and flexibility Full system yield “Field to Fryer” Storage and logistic quality and losses Delivered cost per ton Exportation volume variance to plan Administration support sufficiency and effectiveness Team capability OHS result Supplier KPI tracking 360 degree feedback WORKING RELATIONSHIPS (See attached Organization Chart) Direct Report to : (Job Title) Agro Director Subordinates : (Job Title) Agro logistics manager, Agro commercial manager, Agro cool store, Agro QA Internal: Agro Director Agro Finance Agro Self farms and procurement Agro HR Plants External: 3rd party storage suppliers Growers, suppliers and landlords 3rd party logistics suppliers Other raw material importers Government Quarantine department Customs PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS 1. Education: University degree, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture preferred Master preferred 2. Experience: >= 8 years’ supply chain experience in multi-national company with no less than 6 years in position with people management responsibilities. Agriculture raw material supply chain, sourcing, exportation experience is preferred Have a track record in working effectively in supply chain function. 3.
