Identify market and industry trends and business opportunities, develop special market study to evaluate these business opportunities; 2. Create and execute programs to generate prospects for Sales (direct marketing activities - mail, telephone, web, and email - in order to identify high quality prospects for field Sales); 3. Plan, conduct market research (including managing internal/ external resources to collect information using telephone interview skills and data sourcing techniques, document and organize related information for communication and analysis by relevant parties); 4. Support commercial teams and market plans as needed to provide marketing communications (developing marketing messages and content for advertising, brochures, trade shows and seminars) and interfacing with corporate communications with will design and execute these communications; 5. Support, Drive commercial/ segment marketing teams for new ideas/ product/ offering generation/ launches with customer survey, marketing studies, promotions, and communications; 6. Competitive intelligence (collecting, maintaining database, analyzing, provide reporting, position and trend analysis for overall markets, market share, and competitor presence, coordinating with regional continual improvement work); 7. Prefer with water industry experience. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor Degree in business or engineering or related discipline, MBA or equivalent business degree with BS in a technical field desirable; 2. Minimum 5 years of industrial/commercial marketing experience; 3. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; 4. Highly motivated self-starter, focused and strong accountability at work; 5. Team player with the ability to work independently, also influence/drive others for improved performance; 6. Understanding of industry structure, key technologies and services, and role of government agencies as relates to our work; 7. Strong computer skills and analytical skills required.
