SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Deep experience and knowledge on project plan including load estimation, planning, tracking, risk management, source control, bug tracking and associated tools (i.e. Microsoft project, Change Synergy, Doors…) Experience on embedded and telecom software development Good knowledge and experience on one or several of the following items l C and C++ language (assembly language is a plus) l PC/Windows/Visual development environment including development tool chain and debugger l ARM7/ARM9 development environment and architecture l Mobile software suite architecture and concepts (user functions, system functions, system validation ) l Real time mechanisms and constrains (memory footprint, performance ) l Usage of source management tool (i.e. Clearcase), bug Report tool (i.e. Change Synergy), requirements tool (i.e. Doors), tracer and configuration tools (i.e. XAT/CATT), ARM Emulator and office tools (i.e; word, excel, powerpoint, outlook…) RESPONSIBILITIES: l Responsible for the design and quality of code produced in the skill domains, within the software department Acts as an Individual Contributor on a software project Participates to the projects planning, estimates the load in skill domains help the Architect to do the necessary technical valuations in presales, when needed by the Marketing&Sales department Defines the technical objectives and makes appraisals for the Individual Contributors of the team, in skill domains l Understands the specification and defines the tasks necessary to develop a software according to the requirements Follows the project, anticipates the risks and leads the corrective actions Writes the contractual project documents (Software Development Plan, Software Quality Plan) Informs the hierarchy about the project progress Discuss the change requests for project, and if necessary add them in the plans Responds to the quality requirements defined for the project l Responsible for the resources management of the project Defines the operational objectives definition and appraisals for the team Ensures that the technical and quality objectives and appraisals for the team are correctly made POSITION DESCRIPTION: Hierarchically, reports to the Project Manager or above 联系方式： .
