Requirement： (1) At least 3 years of UMTS system engineering, good understanding of Iub interface and radio interface, have the experience to use drive test tool to perform field data collection (2) Must have at least 3 years of programming experience with C++/C# by using Microsoft Visual Studio, or 3 years of programming experience with Java (3) RDMS and SQL language knowledge and SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL related projects development experience (4) Strong software architecture and design experience and skills (5) Data Mining / Data warehouse knowledge and experience is preferred. (6) BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software, electronics or telecommunications Qualified candidates MUST have good work style and good communication skills.
