He/she will also possess a strong understanding of general business concepts and objectives, and will have a track record of success in a services organization. As a metrics analyst, she or he will responsible for generating and tracking all company metrics: Key Responsibilities: o Overall responsibility for integrity of key operational and financial data for Global Delivery and the Company o Generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly resource tracking reports including team roster, utilization reports and Delivery dashboard, etc o Generate key operational&headcount metrics, including, turnover, utilization, revenue per headcount, etc., and other company metrics reports for the board/management meetings o Coordinate with Project Management Office(PMO) to compile Key Performance Index data for Delivery Operations o Daily interaction with Delivery Operations, PMO and Finance department Qualifications: o Strong communication and management skills o Fluent verbal and written English, at least CET 4 o IT services background is a plus o Proven ability to work with a variety of internal groups and maintain relationships o Experience working with international business o Experience in generating reports and presentation materials in English and Chinese o Goal and success-oriented o Proven track record of success and operational experience Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
