职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-16 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 受新加坡某封装后道半导体公司委托，招聘赴新加坡半导体后道测试设备维修工程师 / 助理工程师 工作地点：新加坡 1 ）工程师职位 Engineer (Test Equipment Maintenance) Responsibilities: Buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to meet specifications and minimize test operation cost Evaluate, set up, qualify, maintain and calibrate test system for operation to meet customer requirements Support production and equipment qualification in meeting output,quality&reliability through technical service in resolving product/ equipment issues Documentation of projects activities&preparation of engineering reports Manage, supervise&train Associate Engineers, Technicians on daily activities Requirements: Bachelor degree in Electronics&Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Testers (Teradyne, Catalyst, Agilent, LTX, Quartet) 2 ）助理工程师职位 Associate Engineer (Test Equipment Maintenance) Responsibilities: Perform daily preventive maintenance for all Testers as per schedule and support engineer in equipment qualification and release to production in meeting output, quality&reliability. Provide line and engineering support that include equipment conversion, repair, maintenance and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime Prepare daily engineering reports and preventive maintenance checklist for all testers and compilation on equipment conversion/ downtime and performance index Support engineer to evaluate, set up, qualify, maintain and calibrate test system for operation to meet customer needs, equipment specifications Requirements: Diploma/ Higher NITEC/ NITEC in Electrical&Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Testers (Teradyne, LTX, Verigy, Quartet) Experience in setting up pick&place and gravity feed Handlers (SYNAX, SEIKO EPSON, DELTA, MULTITEST) will be an added advantage Able to work 12 hours shift 3) 助理工程师需要大专以上学历，工程师需要本科以上学历 。 联系方式： .
