职位类别： 工程机械 工作地点： 青岛 发布日期： 2008-04-16 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Location: Qingdao Opening:1 JD: Working within the MOBILITY HARDWARE R , the candidate needs to perform mechanical design, FAI and FMA, to conduct mechanical design to support new product general availability and realize cost saving and cross margin to Alcatel-Lucent. Responsibility: Following Alcatel-Lucent R HW design process to do hardware design. Following Alcatel-Lucent Advanced Design Practice to provide engineering service to HW designer Provide detailed designs for sheet metal components, plastic components, and cables. Modify existing designs and perform airflow, thermal, and vibration analyses. Partner with Development, SMG and SIC technical resources to cost reduce new and existing designs to meet target costs and increase margins Technical collaboration with regional suppliers to drive global product requirements, product performance, cost driven design changes, and drive necessary change orders Technical support to Customer Team to diagnose related defects and perform FMA. Collaborating within development team on performing new technologies, standards and introducing new knowledge into Alcatel-Lucent. Responsible for meeting PMA milestones and deliverables Qualification: Knowledge of structural design, sheet metal cutting, forming and welding, plastic modeling and fabrication. Be proficient with Pro/E. Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience with a MS/BS Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing methods required. Good command of spoken and written English Good communication skills with both customer and members of other groups. Good knowledge of UNIX is preferred. Must be capable of taking a project lead role. Must be able to multi task and meet aggressive deadlines.
