职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-16 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Tooling Engineer Role and Responsibility : Tool management/data base by supplier, location, condition and replacement requirements Scheduling of wheel qualification testing globally Turbo BOM /turbo build prior to testing (LTR management) Measurement and interpretation of turbo wheels using CMM and GOM Present results/reports to core tech/platform teams for approval (to reduce time currently taken by engineering to compile data and reports) GOM report, PAI, CMM capability measurement Frequency testing Tool correction/improvement management DFM liaison with core tech engineers for wheel design Wheel supplier qualification status and maintenance of QCI related to wheel qualifications Link between TSD and Core Tech/Platform managers Issue of 3D model and drawings to suppliers for tool build Link with CW Blade height improvement, pulsation and balancing teams Development of shrinkage factors with suppliers to improve flexibility of tools transfer CW reversal tooling development to reduce the quantity of copper cavities currently being built Work with SGTS management to develop predictive computational measurement of performance and life of turbo wheels General Duties: Driving compliance to regulatory, customer and industry quality requirements through continual improvement and the use of Six Sigma, HOS and Manufacturing Process Control tools and methods. Teaming with other business functions to ensure that assigned suppliers are capable of new product launches and incremental business growth to meet/ exceed customer performance objectives. Main interface with Platform teams. Benchmarks manufacturing processes and drives implementation of best practices. Report performance of key metrics. Qualifications Fluent spoken and written English. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. University Graduate, Materials/Engineering/Manufacturing preferred Previous working experience of minimum 2 years, preferable in automotive industry. Experience in a managerial position. Lean expert/Black Belt is a plus Geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GDT) Time analysis. Statistical process control Metallurgy - Investment casting and Plaster mould casting knowledge Superior communication skills. The ability to influence, stimulate and energize suppliers. Machining processes/ Tools design Gauging/ fixture design/assembly Quality practices: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, ISO TS, etc. Have knowledge or capable of training in Investment casting and plaster mould casting technology Quickly learn Honeywell’s internal qualification process and procedures for wheels Communicate in a clear and concise manner with all business functions and suppliers. Project management skills Excellent personal organization Have a creative and innovative problem solving approach. Interface with a broad, remote and diverse team composed of members from different locations. Have hands on organization/management approach.
