职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-16 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Client Company: A Nasdaq listed Software Company Report to: VP, Finance Location: Beijing, China Job Scope: The APAC Finance Controller will be a critical member of the leadership team for the APAC entity, not only responsible for managing all aspects of the financial organization but as importantly working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director. Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing all aspects of the financial organization, works closely with the outsourced bookkeepers and the in-house accounting staffs to manage accounting, treasury, and payroll functions and to fulfil complete and accurate monthly reporting requirements to corporate finance - Work together with the corporate finance team to define and drive the operational strategy, implement key metrics to measure the business, and improve operating processes - Provide advice to ensure decisions are supported with strong financial understanding and meet revenue and profit goals for the business - Lead the implementation of key information systems - Enhance the budgeting and forecasting process; continue to improve application and control of accounting practices; strengthen the financial analysis around the strategic plan - Drive improvement on EBITDA, DSO and Cash Requirements: - Minimum 10 years’ finance and accounting experience - Graduate business degree holder, CPA is preferred - Gaming or software industry experience is highly desirable - Experienced key member of cross functional executive team in a customer driven organization - Experience in driving financial processes, leading a strong financial team, and acting as a leader in the strategy of the business - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across functions&at different levels within the organization as well as financial institutions - Ability to work and perform well under pressure - Fluent in English and Mandarin 联系方式： Contact: Anna Tso Mobile: 86-137-6431-8628 (SH) Office: 86-21-5228-5924 Email: annatso@envision-hc.com .
