Managing all HST (Hybrid System Test) engineering capability in change management and line engineering 2. Provide engineering support for develop&debug test program. 3. Overall owner for develop / maintain /validation/release test program for new features/patterns and related activities. 4. Interface with US/SGP group for the program issues, recommend corrective actions and resolutions . 5. Productivity and error free improvement. 6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1. Strong Management skillsets with technical background Must to have 2. Strong background in system-based in motherboard, bios, firmware and operating system Must to have 3. Good programming skills in Java OOP, especially swing, threading and socket communication . Nice to have 4. Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. 5.
