Effective troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime. Monitor and control equipment performance indices. Co-ordinate with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives. Establish sufficient essential spares and consumables stock levels to support equipment maintenance. Forecast and review equipment spares and other equipment-related expenditures. Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program on the equipment as well as organize installation of new equipment to support the production ramp. Organize training and certification for equipment AEs / TAs to upgrade their technical skills. Implement equipment improvement projects to upkeep capabilities and reliabilities of equipment. Facilitate and participate in QIT and cost reduction programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance. Provide leadership in giving direction and systematic guidance to Equipment Engineer / Associate Engineer. Requirements: Master / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechanical Good interpersonal skills. Good team player.
