职位类别： 商务/采购/贸易 能源/矿产/地质勘查 工作地点： 武汉 发布日期： 2008-04-15 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Regional Commodity Manager (m/f) 采购－区域商品采购经理－电厂业务 Responsibilities: n Plays a key role within Low Cost Sourcing (LCS) Centers of the Plant Business processes to improve the sourcing performance and therefore to meet the Sector performance targets. n Supports and organizes activities to execute the sourcing strategy for a given supply market and/or commodities by means of following competencies: n Supports the business needs of the KCMs for his supply market after having lead the appropriate market research action, n Manages the supplier qualification process and involve the other parties (quality, engineering, project purchasing, logistics etc.) according to the supplier qualification procedure n Is responsible to provide systematic and regular feedback to the KCMs on progress and issues for the LCS activities, n Supports supplier visits by the KCMs to the region for supplier qualification and related n businesses, n Supports PowerSource Tool initiatives by the KCMs. n During tendering phase, the role of the RCM is to expand the use of regional low cost equipment suppliers to maximize our tender competitiveness. n Hence, under the direction of the KCM, the RCM: n Issues enquiries to regional suppliers, conduct preliminary evaluation of the offers and advise the KCM of the outcomes n Handles tender queries or tender clarification questions n Proposes and compile draft Tender Supplier List for further processing by KCM / Supplier n Administration Manager n Conducts supplier qualification for suppliers invited for tender but not yet qualified in Supplier Assessment and Monitoring (SAM) database. n Provides feedback to KCM on other information (e.g. site visit), market intelligence, etc. which would have a bearing on the tender competitiveness. n Additional tasks&responsibilities are also defined in the Plant Business process maps and related instructions.
