职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-15 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 岗位职责 1、公司质量管理代表； 2、部门团队建设； 3、负责并组织相关部门建立公司质量体系 4、组织QE、装配、整机制程品管主管，及时发现问题，组织、协调资源，推动解决装配工艺质量问题诊断及指导； 5、组织制定改进方案和实施计划，协调推动相关部门落实解决； 6、组织经验交流总结与积累，确保产量和质量目标的实现； 7、操作员/技术员/工程师装配质量体系培训； 8、公司质量体系维护和现场定期质量检查。 9、组织建立、完善装配过程质量标准及检验规范，监控标准的执行； 10、组织制定产品QP计划，实施生产过程IQC、QC、PQC、OQC检验，跟踪监控生产过程产品质量； 11、组织发现生产环节、售后反馈的各产品质量问题，协调资源分析，找出原因，组织制定改进方案和实施计划，协调推动相关部门落实解决； 12、持续改善产品质量协调推动过程导向质量管理体系及相关工作流程的建立与完善。 岗位要求 1、机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业； 2、五年以上机械制造生产/检验经验及部门管理经验； 3、熟练应用ISO9000，具备SPC， SAP应用经验更优； 4、经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术； 5、具备机电制程检验经验； 6、能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作； 7、能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差； 8、良好的合作和沟通能力； 9、具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情； 10、熟练应用办公软件，专业质量分析及Auto-CAD等绘图软件； 11、善于总结，表达能力强； 12、根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训； 13、熟练掌握各种质量分析方法。 Job Description -The delegate of company quality; -Department team set up; -Responsible for organization and establishment of company quality system; -Electrician / mechanical responsible for electric / mechanical parts, production inspection data collection and analysis or for assembly process in coordination with project /production planners and manufacturing. -Edit / update relative production inspection documents, help process engineer to optimize process and update. -Organize QE，assembly leader to find process quality issues, do trouble-shooting and co-ordinate among relevant departments. -Organize and set up quality improvement target and implement actions, co-ordinate relevant departments to implement actions. -Monitor and ensure process quality, maintain quality system and summarizing about daily quality work. -Coach operators/technicians/engineers about assembly process quality system. -Company quality system maintenance and audit regularly. -Set up and optimize assembly process quality system, standards/criteria and monitoring way instructions. -Organize and prepare QP to implement inspection of IQC、 QC、PQC、OQC and trace or monitor process quality. -Organize relevant team member to find solutions for process quality issues and quality issues from service engineers and customers to co-ordinate relevant department to do quality improvement. -Do process quality improvement continuously and optimize relevant process quality and company quality system. Position Requirements (Education/ knowledge, ability): -University graduate with major in Electrics&Mechanics, Mechanics or related major. -Specialist for electricity and mechanical equipment in all manufacturing lines with electrical assembly processes inspection. -5 years work experience in department management and injection molding machine industry inspection will be plus. -Familiar/Proficient in using ISO9000, experience in SAP will be necessary /plus. -Apply ENGEL police and professional know how well in getting relevant training. -Experience in electrical&mechanical and technical processes inspection. -English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned. -Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition. -Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments. -Good service for process inspection, strong innovation and work sense. -Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W，professional quality analysis software and Auto-CAD. - Good summarizing for work and expression. -Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice. -Familiar in quality system and process analysis. 联系方式： Please send your English and Chinese resume to: 请将您的中英文简历发送到： ENGEL Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
