职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-15 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： POSITION SUMMARY: Technical support for sales, helping customers to select the right refrigeration equipments and providing specific solutions for installation. 职位概况：与销售部门配合为客户在制冷系统方案设计,工程设计及现场安装方面提供技术支持。 RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责： 1.To help salesman with bid issues, including selecting the proper products, system configuration,estimating the cost of material, sketches of equipment layout etc. to meet customer’s requirement. 协助销售经理作好超市设备的选型及标书准备,及时准确的作出超市制冷系统的配置设计方案。 2.Conduct engineering design, insure project meets established schedule, cost, quality. 负责工程设计,控制项目进度,成本以及工程质量。 3.Leading cross functional teams in the development of new product projects, coordinating high level project plan, insure projects on-time completion. 通过跨部门的协调,制定产品开发计划及管理产品开发项目以保证按时完成。 4.Communicate effectively with teams and within management structure to facilitate effective resolution to project barriers and problems. 当项目出现问题与障碍时有效进行沟通以推动项目的实施。 5.Assisting after-sale service engineers to solve application problem. 协助售后人员作好售后服务工作。 6.Other ad hoc relative work assigned by superior. 根据现场需要需进行的其他工作。 Requirement : 要求： 1.B.S degree in refrigeration, HVAC, Engineering Design, electricity is preferred. 制冷、空调、工程设计、机电相关专业优先考虑。 2.Solid ability to lead, facilitate, organize and motivate multiple teams toward an identified goal. 具有较强的领导及组织团队的能力及经验以保证项目目标的完成。 3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written . 优秀的口头及书面沟通技巧。 4.Adapt PC skills with a strong knowledge and previous utilization of project management software. 熟练的计算机应用能力,有项目管理软件使用经验者优先。 5.Business travel is required. 能适应出差。 联系方式： .
