Improve customer relations by monitoring customer acceptance and feedback. Maintain service professionalism and preparedness. - Ensure that complete and accurate documentation is supplied to the Area Manager and Customer Support team in a timely manner. - Support the tough case on level 1 and 2, follow up the cases of level 3. Audit and develop the quality of FSE’s Installation, CM, PM and FCO in zone. - Ensure defective and used parts are returned in a timely manner. Help to reduce the cost the parts in zone - Ensure repairs on all machines are conducted according to Philips quality procedure. Complete installations in a timely manner and perform modifications and upgrades as required. Provide problem appraisals, resolution, and repairs with some technical support and supervisory assistance. - Ensure a good understanding and proper implementation of new service programs and help to couch to other FSEs. - Provide efficient call schedules and rescheduling as well as providing timely call follow up to commitments and requests. When on duty, have a good communication with the customer by phone. - Coach junior engineer and new hires.
