Role Summary (ְλ¸ÅÊö) The Supervisor of corporate responsibility monitoring is responsible for vendor Social and Environmental compliance monitoring program optimization, lead the auditor team on the audit organizing, factory rating, remediation follow up and recommendation for improvement. B. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Ö÷Òª¹¤×÷Ö°Ôð a) Vendor CR audit program optimization b) Lead the audit team for: Audit organizing Factory rating Remediation follow up Provide improvement recommendation 3rd party auditor¡¯s service validation, evaluation and improvement C .Critical violations handling and escalation D. Other Requirements £¨Please describe£© a) Bachelors or above degree in law, human resource, health and safety, environmental or engineering. b) At least 5+ years experience in vendor social responsibility, human resource management, health and safety, or environmental, at least 3+ years working experiences of vendor social / environmental compliance in brands or retailer industry; at least 3+ years working experiences of leading people; c) Rich experiences on vendor social / environmental compliance audit programs, good sense of risk management; d) Familiar with corporate social responsibility, environment or health and safety management and its implementation at manufacturing facilities e) Familiar with laws and regulations on labor, health and safety and environmental. f) Good skills of leading and coaching people, and good skills of work management, operation process control and project management. g) Good communication and presentations skills£® h) Excellent at written English, and good at oral English .
