ְλÀà±ð£º Êг¡/Êг¡ÍØÕ¹/¹«¹Ø ÏúÊÛ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-04-14 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º TYPICAL POSITION : Business Development Manager REPORTS TO : Business Development Department Manager SUPERVISES : None LIAISES WITH : * All other functional/discipline Managers * Aker Kvaerner Process and Construction throughout the world * Clients and clients¡¯ representatives GENERAL: Responsible for the company¡¯s business activities in the chemical and petrochemical, oil&gas business. Identifies and develops business opportunities, develops acquisition strategies and directs business negotiations. Maintains daily level networking and lobbying with key authorities and relevant clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : * Responsible to the BD department manager for establishing marketing requirements, customer needs, business strategy and development plans * Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with relevant Chinese government bodies and local authorities and potential subcontractors * Provides co-ordination service, marketing information and liaison with the customers * Addresses and monitors customer complaints * Develops and maintains relationships with potential clients and potential partners * Seeks out new business prospects and maintain a prospect list of potential work * Organises and gives presentations to clients as required * Prepares proposals to clients, including developing the proposal strategy, ensuring correctness of estimates and liaison with clients. Ensures we have required input from operational personnel for execution strategies, personnel availability and costing. Approves issue of proposals prior to President¡¯s release * Obtains corporate approvals for proposals as required * Co-ordinates final negotiations with clients for conclusion of contracts * Directs in bidding and ensures bidding work fulfil the company and department policy and procedures * Leads bid-no-bid process * Evaluates and analysis ¡°Risk and Opportunity ¡± during proposal, initial ¡°Risk Dashboard¡± and hand over to operation after award * Develops and maintains company marketing tools, especially China qualifications and experience documents and standard presentations. * Maintains information on China , projects, potential work and clients for Aker Kvaerner Group * Manages co-ordination with Aker Kvaerner companies on joint proposals and projects * Monitors and controls Business Development budget * Works with AK legal representatives to resolve any legal issues * Hand-over awarded Projects to PM and assists PM in initiation of the Project.
