职位类别: 财会/审计/统计 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-04-14 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Major Responsibilities: - Coordinate all aspects (i.e. compiling, consolidating, analyzing, reporting, etc.) of the current operations processes - Monthly performance metrics, goal sharing updates, cost data, survey results, etc. - Lead the CSS-Asia Team in identifying and implementing new processes which will make the operations more effective in providing business partners more responsive and cost effective customer service utilizing performance excellence principles. - Work closely with the Global Customer Service / Quality Manager (Airport Park) to implement consistent global processes. Ensuring alignment. - Lead benchmark efforts focused on adopting new or innovative approaches relative to shared services operations. Ensuring linkage with Airport Park. - Support Operations Manager and Accounting Stream Managers on special projects. - Assist Operations Manager in the forecast process (monthly, quarterly and yearend) focusing on short-term actions required to meet current business and financial objectives. - Assist Controller in developing and negotiating SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) with our business partners. - Understand impact of all operational processes to the various business units and proactively facilitate / influence various teams toward optimal results and resolution of issues / gaps.
