职位类别： 客户服务/技术支持 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-14 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: OEM Solutions Group is responsible for direct selling and promoting of Caterpillar integrated solutions from use of Cat components/systems, as a supplier of certain parts, components, products and services to qualified original equipment manufacturers. Included are partial and modified machines, individual part from or integrated solutions from transmissions, axles, undercarriage components, hydraulic hose and components, and a wide variety of piece parts. The incumbent has responsibility for direct selling of Cat components and parts in a geographical area for use in qualified OEM/AEM product lines. Contacts OEM personnel to determine their requirements and OEM Solutions Group ability to meet that need. Provides territory sales forecasts, market intelligence and competitive intelligence on a timely basis to sales development and pricing. Provides support to OEM Solutions Group marketing, engineering, logistics and scheduling departments, and coordinates license agreement activity as required. Performs special marketing related assignments at the request of the sales manager. Serves as project leader coordinating all sales activities. Administers sales accounts for selected customers. Promotes increased product interest and sales opportunities to prospective customers. Coordinates and resolves problems such as delivery, quality, etc. Provides assistance to and serves as liaison between the customer and other company areas (in the US, Europe, Japan, Singapore, etc.) to meet customer needs. ELIGIBILITY: Requires a good knowledge of OEM Solutions Group products and their applications along with some previous sales experience or equivalent. Must have a strong technical aptitude, with the ability to develop and maintain good company/customer relationships.
