JOB PRIMARY FUNCTION: - Prepare and control project schedule, cost and other coordination functions so to assist the project management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform tasks required to develop and maintain project schedule, HR, cost, quality and safety, this includes collecting actual quantities of accounting data, assessing estimation and progress from project managers and others. Support project management through the preparation and maintenance of forecasts and performance analysis. Assemble internal and external data to evaluate and apply an efficient schedule HR, cost, quality and safety tracking system. System development includes evaluating and designating process and document flows and forecasting techniques. Prepare the detailed analytical of schedule, quality, cost, quality and safety monitoring reports to assist project management in making better decisions on current as well as future project tracking and forecasting. Communicate with other function department such as CDC, finance, logistic/purchasing, and so on to ensure all related issues solved along all projects period. Contact with subcontractors to keep all deliverables to meet overall project schedule. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Team Spirit Managing&Measuring Work Time Management Motivating Attitude Process Management Functional Skill Managing Through Systems Drives for Results EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE College/University Degree (BS) preferably in technical/engineering with project management training 6+ years experience of similar functions in industrial/engineering/project management fields Good written and verbal English language skills Good command of computer software using - MS office (Access, Word, Excel, Project, Power point..).
