职位类别： 咨询/顾问 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-14 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： Job Title : Functional Consultant Treasury&Capital Market System Reporting Line : Consultancy Manager Location : Beijing The Job Provide guidance, design and implementation consultancy to clients, project managers, customer service managers, sales team, software development team and users to ensure the successful development, upgrade and use of the company treasury and capital market (TCM) solutions Analyze, determine and document the customer’s business requirements to identify gaps between various functionalities and client’s business needs Identify product configuration and customization requirements to meet the design requirements in the front, middle and back office treasury and capital markets operations Convert and align information from disparate sources into a single source to optimize TCM solutions Lead the process of module implementation, planning of the UAT strategy with the client, and systems roll-out Construct, facilitate and deliver internal and external training of the TCM products throughout the project lifecycle to increase knowledge and likelihood of success in all implementations Provide second level support to TCM Help Desk to answer client concerns regarding product functionalities Key Requirements l BS, MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant disciplines l 5+ years of banking, technology and consultancy experience gained from working with a bank"s own in-house consultancy team, or from one of the leading software vendors/consultants in the treasury and capital market system l A good general background in TCM, general accounting principles and cash movement l Good understanding of front, middle and back office capital markets environments l A solid working knowledge of financial industry standard interfaces, particularly those in trading, FX, options, OTC, swaps, derivatives, and other TCM instruments l Prior project planning, budgeting, and implementation experience l Superior analytical, problem solving and presentation skills (written&verbal) l Ability to maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users l Occasional travel to the China Region is required l Strong written and verbal English and Mandarin 联系方式： willayao@kingdem.com.cn .
