职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-14 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 不限 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Continuously improve the manufacturing process, reduce the manucacturing cost and improve the quality; 2.Factory layout, keep improving the logistical route; 3.Identify process for new product, process routing, design and/or purchase jigs&fixtures and equipments; 4.Prepare Work Instructions, analysis the capacity accordingly; Plan and implement changes in the process as and when called for by an ECN changes in the product; 5.Work with Line leaders providing technical support to production and assist in training operators; 6.Familiar with standards, such as CCC, CQC, UL, etc; 7.Continuous seek for new manufacturing knowledge and skills; 8.Work on special projects as assigned by Production Manager. Qualifications and Requirements: 1.Bachelor Degree and above in engineering, at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with multi-national company will be advantageous;. 2.Independent, self-motivated, good communication and team work spirit. Learning ability in a new environment is necessary; 3.Good command of English, both written and oral; 4.Basic computer skills. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a must. Other engineering design softwares will be advantageous; 5.Knowledge in steel fabrication and die casting will be a plus. 联系方式： .
