Cash daily report and bank daily report 编制现金日报和银行日报; Bank reconciliation report at month end; 月末编制银行存款余额调节表 Submit the reports to accountant timely for checking 及时将上述报表送交会计审核 Foreign currency settlement claim to SAFE, both through E-port online system and physically submit documents to SAFE. (付汇核销和收汇核销) Make the accounting vouchers related to cash and bank transactions, and transfer the vouchers to ccountant for checking 编制现金和银行记账凭证,及时传递财务记账; Record the cash journal and bank jounal based on the checked vouchers, ensure the journal balance is consistent with the ledger balance 据审核过的现金和银行凭证登记现金和银行日记账,保证账账相符. Assist accountant for tax claim and send necessary documents to related govts as required, 协助会计报税,向相关政府部门申报要求的资料 Assist controlling dept when necessary, especially for the brass chips control 协助控制部门, 尤其是废铜屑的控制和管理.
