Maintain relationship with strategic MNC end users and continue the business with them; b. Grow the business by developing new accounts; c. Cooperate with sales in charge of contractors in specified projects invested by strategic MNC end users d. Promote products to local sourcing team of MNC end users e. Create the chances to exchange business situations&cooperation opportunities with key accounts to set up or strengthen partner relationship; f. Coordinate and close the loop with overseas office Describe the Person A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience). a. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or equipment related; b. Minimum 3-5 years experience in rotating equipment, such as pump, compressor, turbine&engine; c. Good command of English (CET 6)&fluent in communication; d. Computer skill (MS office, MS exchange etc.) is a must; e. Strong passion and good team work spirit will be advantage f. Fluent English in communication; B) Describe the most important competencies required of the individual. a. Background in rotating equipment&sales b. Excellent communication skills; c. Accountability&Responsibility; d. Team player e. Strong confidence&passion to face the challenge C) Other: Comment on items not included above.
