He manage and coordinate the activities of the MPC2/MPC3 maintenance sector in order to provide a prompt and qualified maintenance service, he should be able to evaluate future demands and plan resources necessary to ensure continuous improvement. He should respect the employees&customers requirements, he is responsible to accomplish all economic targets which relate to the equipments. Activitie: - Manage the sector manpower&equipments resources. - Support the employees ,improve their competency continuously. - Control the maintenance cost, improve the machines run reliability. - Runs risk analysis in his/her shop. Implements and improves preventive action plans. - Make the valid maintenance scheme. - To review the work for effectiveness. - Is responsible for internal communication inside his/her workshop.Improve the staff personal ability, increase teamwork spirit. Result: - Sector operate in good condition. - Maintenance staff have the technical&skill improvement. - Obtain the annual target. - The risk prevention action plans are implemented and progress plans are defined. - Equipments work in good condition. - Preventive maintenance is trended to be more stable. - Achieve the teamwork indicator. First aid and incident slips are transformed into preventive actions.
