Ensure safety, quality and other policy/system/procedure to be followed in the shift. Responsible for shift personnel management (goal setting and performance management), training, development and implementing progression plans for personnel in the shift. Responsible for the competency build-up for the shift. Responsible for one shift’s product quality, production schedule to meet requirement. Responsible for achieving the operations excellent metrics and have some responsibility on warehouse/logistics management. Coordinate process, quality, maintenance and other resources to settle production issues. Ensure the resources are utilized to the optimal in the shift in terms of manpower, machines, utilities and etc. Requirements: Diploma or above, with major in Chemical, Mechanical or Electric engineering. Bachelor degree is preferred. Good time management, organization and coordination skills. Can manage several projects/issues simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong at interacting with different functions, levels, especially with shopfloor. Be able to coach, handle and resolve inter-personnel conflicts. Be a strong team player, initiator, enthusiast and driver to accomplish production tasks. Fluent written English while fluent oral is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes. 2 years of process, quality or maintenance related manufacturing experience with people management potential or, 2 years of working experience in shift management in multi-national company. 联系方式： 电话：26428917 E-mail: lucy@willcan.com .
