Basic Accountabilities: --SMS system input --Standby calculation, apply for approval and submit to hotline --Man-hour calculation -- SE&5S audit and checking ¡¢ ACE Pilot --MER collection and register --Prepare employees&dept. status for the internal magazine ¡°I am OTIS¡± --Business documents&reports English translation --Support the Service Manager --HR coordinator&office administration (Including the procedure of branch interview, staffs on board, resign, hiring request, and internal transfer. Manpower calculation, contract tracking&sign with employees, employee attendance checking, HR projects implementation and so on ) Key Measurements: 1) Provide analysis report timely and correctly 2) Convey and follow-up customers¡¯ feedback 3) Excellence Service 12 basics Principle Working Relations: Service Dept., Guangzhou branch&Service Dept. of HQ Qualification Requirement: Education: University graduate or college degree with customer service experience in hospitality or service industries Experience: Experience in customer service in hospitality/ service industries and Otis experience in other functions are preferable.
