Excel等办公计算机软件，有效的英语听说读写能力。年龄在28岁以上，热爱插花艺术或有花房工作经验者优先。 工作职责： 1、接受来至于酒店各部门的花艺订单，制定合理高效的生产计划。 2、确保每天生产的正常运作。 3、有效地控制生产成本，提高员工的工作质量和效率。 4、合理安排员工工作时间和人员搭配。 5、 良好的突发事件应变能力和沟通能力。 工资待遇： 试用期3个月，工资为3000元（税后）。转正后工资面议，提供社保。 Job Responsibilities: - College degree or above - More than 1 year relevant working experience in production management for hotel floral studio, or familiar with hotel work - Good PC skills(word,excel) - Skillful English in written,read, listening&oral - Age more than 28,with strong interest in floral arrangements or experience in floral studio preferred.
