The role also should be responsible for application deployment and support for new and existing applications, and to ensure development conforms to performance optimization and interoperability standards and requirements. And this position should also debugs, documents, and deploys software applications, including interface components, graphical screens, reports, and high-level logic for system control. Responsibilities: Responsible for continuing maintenance on assigned production applications. Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure successful deployment and support of CRM applications Participate in development, testing, and maintenance of application enhancements. Trouble shooting code, test, debug, and document applications. Monitor test results, and make appropriate recommendations Follow departmental standards and guideline. Assist in overall system application documentation Understand software enhancements and train users. Serve as quality check to ensure the software is being appropriately utilized by the users as well as maximizing the capabilities of the software Assist/Lead in other IT project Requirements:: B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field At least 4 years of experience in Information System with demonstrated experience in CRM application support Have competency like Collaboration /Customer focus /Process orientation/Results driven Basic skills should have Analytical thinking/Communication skills/Conceptual thinking/Integration/Problem solving SQL Server 2000/2005 Enterprise Manager SQL Scripting including stored procedures, triggers, DTS etc. SQL Server 2000/2005 Database Administration POS and CRM related system supporting experience JDE and AS/400 knowledge preferred MCSD is preferred Network and Lotus Notes foundation knowledge 联系方式： Mp0121@manpower.com.cn .
