Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT support Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of windows/Linux (Unix) system; MCSE Certificate is a must Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco/Switch/ Router/PABX system; CCNA Certificate is preferred. Demonstrated experience of IT project management; PMI Certificate is preferred. Good command of English skill for both oral and written.
