Work closely with the Training head to design training curriculums for the key job roles and provide support to deliver the training courses. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses and recommend corrective actions (if any). Keep training records and prepare statistics reports periodically. Establish rapport with line managers and provide solutions on training issues. Requirements University graduate in education or related majors, master degree preferred. 7-8 years" relevant working experience, at least 5 years as training manager in MNC. Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese), analytical and solution-oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills. Banking experience would be a plus. Experience of being a teacher/trainer would be an advantage. Good planning, organizing and coordination skills.
