Analyse and simulate the performance of the design for the application; - Verify that the design meets Design for Manufacturability and Testability guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets. Coordinate the layout, assembly and testing of the prototype assemblies. Complete the functional and environmental qualification of the assembly; - Release the design for production; - Provide technical support to commercial team and customers. - 负责设计和开发新产品适应全球和中国视频市场 - 修改和本地化以前的全球产品 - 按照Honeywell开发流程，撰写相关设计文档 - 验证设计满足生产、测试、可靠性、成本的要求 - 支持产品的最终发布 - 给服务部门、市场部门、客户提供必要的技术支持 Qualifications&Attributes - BSEE or MSEE; - Strong analog design skills with 3 years minimum experience; - Strong technical problem solving skills ,Be able to drive open technical issues to closure; - Experience with the circuit tools(PCAD is preferred), be proficient designing in high noise environments and harsh environments; - Familiar with PTH and SMT printed circuit board fabrication and assembly processes; - Proven ability to lead design from concept to release to manufacturing; - Ability to communicate in English. - Sound Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) knowledge; Experience with switch power converter design.
