职位描述(Job Descriptions)： 工作职责： 1、为支持工厂在全球以及世界范围内的生产，在公司动力部以及工艺等其他领域的改进活动中充当领导者，领导下属和员工开展动力部的一系列的改进活动 2、为满足公司的生产要求规范技术要求并设计改造新的自动化系统 3、在公司内部挑选合适的人选建立项目团队，并选择适合当地条件的设备和工艺，在从设计到生产的整个环节中负全责 4、在世界各地工厂负责新的设备的引进，分析当地员工情况，指定响应的培训计划，并负责机器的验证 5、负责全球所有工厂的生产能力，保证所有引进设备符合要求 6、不断开发和提升自动化水平，即使上报当前状态，并完成预期目标 Job Description: Lead the implementation and improvement activities of company in the automation equipment, methods and process areas to support the production of products in the Asia region, and globally. Lead the personnel and Teams delivering automation projects in company, including continuous improvement efforts. Lead the technical specification and concept development of new automation capabilities that meet the performance requirements of company Lead and select automation projects and personnel within company, including equipment and processes required for use in international facilities. The leadership responsibility includes the entire design and build cycle from concept on thru to production implementation. Lead the implementation and startup of new automation equipment in all facilities, including identification of local site staffing requirements, training of local personnel and overseeing formal machine qualification processes. Specify and verify the process capability of all automation processes and insure that all incoming equipment meets specification. Develop and execute on automation capability development timelines, report status and meet scheduled commitments. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 4年本科学历，自动化专业优先，硕士优先，参加项目管理培训优先 至少10年 的自动化项目管理经验，金属行业背景优先 在对外来设备的采购方面和供应商管理方面经验丰富 有海外工作经验的优先 熟练掌握计算机，熟悉PLC系统，AUTOCAD和3D设计软件 设计和组装配件和工装夹具，并乐于解决线上问题 能够适应出差 4-year university engineering degree, automation preferred. Masters degree a plus. Project Management training is also a plus. Minimum 10 years experience in managing automation projects, preferably in a metals manufacturing operation. Proficient in the management of outsourced automation equipment and process suppliers and projects. Experience in global project management and equipment bring up is desired. Must be computer literate. This includes the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, the use of email, and the ability to download/upload digital pictures and PLC programs. AutoCAD and 3D modeling program experience a plus. Ability to design and assemble basic jigs, fixtures, etc. Must be comfortable working on machines (i.e., changing motors, feeder bowls, camera systems, etc.). Willing to travel up to 50% of time. .
