Please report the Director of project implementation Department if has any question. 负责标书评审、制作、翻译，合同评审、执行、翻译。 In charge of bid documents reviewing, making, translation, and also contact reviewing, implementation, translation . 按合同提前做好货款回收督察、准备，保障货款及时到帐。 Make ready for receiving payment according to the contract to insure a timely payment . 每周进行一次项目执行检查，每个月进行一次全面总结，对所执行的投标项目和合同执行项目汇总，并向直属领导和部门经理汇报。 Check the implementation once a week, summarize it once a month and report the job to the direct leader. 教育背景： Education background: Bachelor or higher 培训经历： Training experience: Having training experience about design and trade 工作经验： Experience: Be familiar to all flows about project implementation, having project management experience over 3 years. Be good at English speaking, writing ability to communicate in English proficiency 熟悉国际贸易，项目管理等方面的知识； Know well about knowledge of business ,project management 熟悉变压器结构、基本原理、生产工艺过程、试验项目等相关知识； Know well knowledge of transformer structure, principle, manufacturing processes and tests. 具有较强的组织、协调、沟通及分析、解决问题的能力， 思路清晰，考虑问题细致周全； The ability of organization, coordination, communication and analyses, resolving.
